SCOBEY - Ruby Q., 93, of Liverpool, passed away peacefully in Queens Manor, Liverpool on Saturday, November 5, 2016. Born in Liverpool, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Edith Gardner. Survived by daughters Elizabeth “Queenie” (Philip) Irwin of Brooklyn, Nancy (Willard) Moulton of Bridgewater, son Maurice Jr. of LaHave Manor, 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by husband Maurice; sons Fred, Joe, sisters Lillian, Sylvia. Funeral service will be Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in Chandlers’ Funeral Chapel, Liverpool. Reverend Bonnie Baird officiating. Reception to follow. Burial will be in Seaside Cemetery, Brooklyn. Family flowers only, donations may be made to Queens Manor or LaHave Manor Recreation Funds.
