RCMP are to provide an update Tuesday on the suspicious death of a 22-year-old We’koqma’q woman found dead in her home on Oct. 24, 2018.
The update will be provided during a news conference set for 11 a.m. at the We’koqma’q First Nation Community Hall.
Cassidy Jean Bernard was found dead inside her home with her infant twin daughters nearby. The children are now being cared for by family members.
The police have made no comment regarding whether they have arrested someone in connection with the death.
