Agri-Innovation Park looking for board member

The Municipality of the District of Lunenburg will be welcoming the development of the Agri-Innovation Park to its Municipal Industrial Park on Harold Whynot Road. The purpose of the park is to advance the agriculture industry on the South Shore and to create an innovative centre for new enterprises and products.

The Agri-Innovation Park Association Board is responsible for the supervision and stewardship of the operations and activities of the association.

The municipality is seeking expressions of interest to fill the member-at-large position on the board. Any resident of the Municipality of the District of Lunenburg with an interest and experience in agriculture is invited to submit a letter of interest on or before Tuesday, Dec. 4. Please include a brief description of your interest in the board’s work and how you can contribute to the board’s discussion.
