QUEENS COUNTY – Queens County’s Run Our Shore event celebrated its fifth anniversary April 22.
The event started with a youth fun run at Pine Grove Park in Milton April 20. Three races – the 5K run / walk, the 10K run and half marathon – took place April 22.
Runners started and finished their races in the back of the parking lot at Queens Place Emera Centre in Liverpool. Approximately 270 people participated in the races.
The event ended with awards in the arena.
