Port Jam a hit

PORT MEDWAY - The sun was shining at this year’s fourth annual Port Jam in Port Medway Sept. 23.
The Port Grocer’s yearly event includes an afternoon barbecue, live music and a big dinner. This year, the first 100 people through the gate got a free ticket for food or a drink.
People hung out at the event from the time the gates opened at 2 p.m. until about 10 p.m.
Money raised from the event will help the café and restaurant make improvements to the business.
